Our Building Philosophy is Simple
Do the right thing, and offer exceptional value. We carefully monitor our homes and use checklist at each critical stage of construction and complete a 135 item comprehensive checklist for each home prior to completion. In addition to strict supervision of the building processes, we build with products and materials that enhance our homes. From high efficiency heating and cooling systems to special trim details, time and care, as well as a great deal of thought goes into each home we build.
