Warranty Information and Additional Benefits

One year written builder warranty including the following:

  • Home Orientation prior to closing

  • 60-day Courtesy Call after moving in

  • Year-end service call

Finish grading, sod installed in front yard, seed installed in sides and rear yards (per standard lot size)

Concrete Flatwork and Foundation

Poured wall basement with brick imprint, perimeter drain tile system, and sump pit 3500 psi concrete
Smooth brush finish on drive, patio, and service walk 12' x 16' concrete patio

Structural Components

Stick built construction with professionally engineered roof system 2" x 10" floor joist Southern Yellow Pine
2" x 4" walls 16" on center, with pressure treated plates where in contact with concrete
3/4" sub flooring, glued and nailed 7/16" roof sheathing and plywood clips to prevent sagging

Thermal and Moisture Protection

Exterior Walls: R-13 Fiberglass batt wall insulation plus R-2 1/2" insulation sheathing
